The Healthspan Journey is a coordinated approach to your health built around your data, your goals, and your life. It starts with the Healthspan Plan: a structured onboarding process where your results are reviewed, your goals are set, and a personalized strategy is built around the areas most likely to move the needle for you. From there, your Guide stays connected to your progress through regular coaching calls, quarterly diagnostic sessions, and ongoing accountability. It is a relationship, not a series of appointments.

$700 for the first 30 days, then $200/month.

The Journey is month to month. No annual commitment.

Body composition analysis

A DEXA scan measures body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and bone density with clinical-grade precision. It shows not just how much fat you carry, but where it is distributed, including visceral fat around the organs, which is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health risk. Most people are surprised by what they find.

VO₂ Max Icon

Cardiovascular fitness and endurance

VO₂ Max measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise. It is one of the strongest single predictors of longevity and cardiovascular health, and it establishes your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds for smarter training. Most people have never had it measured directly.

Metabolic rate and fuel utilization

Resting Metabolic Rate, or RMR, testing measures how many calories your body burns at rest and how efficiently it uses fat versus carbohydrates as fuel. It is the foundation of any meaningful nutrition or weight management strategy. Almost every calorie target in common use is based on a formula, not a measurement. RMR gives you the actual number.

The Comprehensive Diagnostic combines all three tests in a single visit. Your DEXA scan establishes your body composition baseline. Together they give your Guide a complete picture of your physiology before a single recommendation is made. This is the recommended starting point for anyone who wants to understand their health before deciding what to do about it.

Performance improvements stall when training plans are built on estimates. The Performance Optimization bundle measures the two things that actually determine what your body can do: your cardiovascular engine and your structural foundation. VO₂ Max establishes your actual aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. DEXA shows the body composition underneath your performance data, including how lean mass is distributed and where bone density stands.
