Your Journey partner

Our Healthspan Guides are what set us apart from others. They have a deep understanding of human physiology and behavior and years of experience working with people who simply want to make their lives better.

You’ll meet your Guide and discuss your goals to develop your Healthspan Plan. Then you continue to work with your Guide, focusing on what is working, what needs adjusting, and what comes next. It’s this relationship that make success possible.

Planning

Your Healthspan Plan

Your responses to the Pillars, any diagnostic results and the conversation with your Guide are the foundation for your Healthspan Plan. 

We’ll create a personalized roadmap built around what we find. Your Guide reviews your results with you in detail, identifies the two or three highest-leverage areas for your goals, and builds a clear strategy around them. The Healthspan Plan is the first step of the Journey.

Measuring

Your diagnostic baseline

Your Journey is enhanced with precise measurement. We use clinical-grade diagnostics including:

  • DEXA body composition analysis
  • VO2 Max cardiovascular testing
  • Resting Metabolic Rate measurement

These help establish an objective picture of where you are today. Not an estimate. Not a formula. Actual data about your body specifically.

Community

You are not doing this alone

Healthspan Journey members are part of a growing community of people in the Atlanta area working on their health together. We have dedicated specialists who will lead discussions or work with you one-on-one. And our app will allow for ongoing, online connections with other Journey members.

Group movement sessions, community walks, and more lead to the shared accountability that makes progress stick.

Starting the Journey: The Healthspan Plan

The Healthspan Plan is your entry point into the Healthspan Journey.

It is a structured onboarding process, built around your data and goals, for a personalized strategy that sets the direction for everything that follows.

You'll receive a comprehensive personalized plan covering the 5 Healthspan Pillars:
Sleep, Movement & Exercise, Nutrition, Mental Health, and Risk Controls.
 
Then you'll receive:
  1. Self-Assessment Form
  2. Goal-Setting Session (30 mins)
  3. Plan customization around your data and goals
  4. Healthspan Plan Review (60 mins)
  5. Choose 2 Healthspan Pillars to focus on first month
  6. 14-day Check-in Session (30 mins)
  7. 30-day Check-in Session (30 mins)

Your Healthspan Plan includes:

  1. A full review of any diagnostic results
  2. A personalized health roadmap built around your goals and your data
  3. Identification of your highest-leverage priorities
  4. Setup of your TY HealthSpan app with your baseline data loaded.
Your ongoing membership includes:
  • Monthly 1-1 Coaching Session (30 mins)
  • Weekly specialist Q&A call
  • Quarterly diagnostic or specialist session
  • Annual free gift diagnostic for friend or family
  • Access to TY Thrive App
  • Community forums and events
  • TY Gear (Hidrate bottle + shirt + grip strengthener + TY folio notepad)

The first 30 days of the Healthspan Journey is $700. 

Ongoing membership is $200 per month, with no annual commitment required. Membership is month-to-month.
