Our Healthspan Guides are what set us apart from others. They have a deep understanding of human physiology and behavior and years of experience working with people who simply want to make their lives better.
You’ll meet your Guide and discuss your goals to develop your Healthspan Plan. Then you continue to work with your Guide, focusing on what is working, what needs adjusting, and what comes next. It’s this relationship that make success possible.
Your Healthspan Plan
Your responses to the Pillars, any diagnostic results and the conversation with your Guide are the foundation for your Healthspan Plan.
We’ll create a personalized roadmap built around what we find. Your Guide reviews your results with you in detail, identifies the two or three highest-leverage areas for your goals, and builds a clear strategy around them. The Healthspan Plan is the first step of the Journey.

Healthspan Journey members are part of a growing community of people in the Atlanta area working on their health together. We have dedicated specialists who will lead discussions or work with you one-on-one. And our app will allow for ongoing, online connections with other Journey members.
Group movement sessions, community walks, and more lead to the shared accountability that makes progress stick.
