Most people train without ever truly understanding what their bodies are capable of – guessing at weights, guessing at intensity, and guessing at progress. Guessing leads to stagnation, recurring injuries, and feeling like you’re putting in effort without getting anything meaningful back.
KPI training methods remove the guesswork.
I help active adults, athletes, and ambitious professionals build stronger, more capable bodies through precision strength diagnostics, evidence-based programming, and measurable progress you can feel and see. Whether your goal is performance, aesthetics, longevity, or getting out of pain, we build a clear roadmap through testing, not assumptions.
My own training has always revolved around one question: What is my body capable of?
I grew up competing in rock climbing, a sport where body control, force production, movement efficiency, and problem-solving under stress all collide. Climbing taught me that strength works as a chain – one weak link can compromise your ability to complete the climb. When a hold felt impossible or a sequence broke down, sometimes the answer is “try harder” but often the answer was found in pinpointing the weak link, measuring it, and improving it. Sometimes the solution is purely refining technique but sometimes you just need to build a bigger engine to produce the force necessary to solve the problem.
That philosophy has since shaped how I approach my own training and how I train others.
As my athletic pursuits expanded into various other sports, strength training, endurance performance, hybrid athletics, and sport-specific conditioning, I became obsessed with understanding how and why the best athletes perform the way they do. That curiosity pulled me into sports science, biomechanics, force diagnostics, and data-driven program design – fields where subjective guessing is replaced with objective truth.
I learned that what gets measured improves.
And what gets tested transforms.
Today, I combine my engineering background, coaching experience, and performance analytics expertise to help people train smarter, move better, and build resilient bodies capable of doing extraordinary things. Whether you’re a beginner who wants to feel confident in the gym, or a competitive athlete chasing a new performance ceiling, I meet you exactly where you are – and build upward from there.
My mission is simple:
And we start by understanding your system, piece by piece.
My approach blends sports science precision with the art of personal coaching:
Every program starts with diagnostics:
• Isometric strength testing (Voltra/G-Strength)
• Power and velocity profiling (GymAware)
• Conditioning markers & energy system profiling
• Performance KPIs based on sport/goal demands
Data drives the plan. You never have to wonder if you’re improving – we track it.
Training is customized to your physiology, not trends or templates.
This creates faster progress, fewer plateaus, and dramatically lower injury risk.
You don’t need to be a competitor to train with precision.
But if you are an athlete, expect a coaching experience built for elite performance.
I design programs that build muscle, improve biomechanics, protect joints, and expand capacity for everything you do – from climbing harder routes to running faster races to simply feeling strong during everyday tasks.
Let’s build the strongest version of you – one rep, one test, one milestone at a time.
Clients typically see measurable improvements across:
Your progress isn’t a mystery – it’s tracked, visualized, and reviewed at intervals that align with your goal timeline.
Let’s align on goals, structure the right program, and deliver measurable outcomes together.
